  3. Is AmericasMart open daily?

    Yes, AmericasMart is open daily year-round, Monday—Friday from 10 a.m.—4 p.m. Hours are extended during market times.

  4. How do I contact security?

    Call 404.220.2553. AmericasMart security is open 24 hours a day. Dial 911 in an emergency.

  5. Will I receive my badge before the show?

    Badges are not mailed out prior to market. You simply need to present your photo ID at the registration desk for expedited entry.

  6. Do I have to re-qualify before each market?

    No. If you have attended a market in the last year, your account is current. Just present your photo ID and a business card at registration for admission.

  7. How do I know which showrooms are open during non-market times?

    When looking through showroom directories, the Symbol symbol identifies showrooms that are open between markets.

  8. What other shows does AMC, Inc. manage?

    In addition to 25+ annual apparel, gift, and rug markets, AMC, Inc. also manages LIGHTFAIR International, the world’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting show http://www.lightfair.com.

  9. Where do I park?

  10. Do you provide shuttle service to/from hotels?

    Shuttle service is available, but varies from market to market. For current shuttle service information, visit the Markets tab and click the show you are attending to locate when/where shuttles will run.

  11. Is there a charge to attend market?

    There is no charge for registered retailers to attend our markets.

  12. Are guests allowed to attend market?

    A maximum of two (2) guests are allowed during Gift, Rug, and IDS markets. Please note badges will be given ONLY to essential business personal, at AmericasMart’s discretion. Guest badges are $50 (cash only) per badge and are non-refundable. Valid photo ID required.

  13. Is photography allowed?

    All interior photography is strictly prohibited.

  14. How do I make travel reservations using AmericasMart’s discounted rates?

    Exclusive discounted hotel and airfare rates are available to AmericasMart customers during market. To make your arrangements, visit Travel. You may also call our in-house travel service, Ambassadors, at 800.241.6405.

  15. Are copies of The Atlanta Buyer’s Guide or Atlanta Apparel Guide available prior to market?

    No, these guides are distributed at-Market only. However, you may locate participating temporary exhibitors and permanent showrooms in the Exhibitor Directory. Temporary exhibitor information is removed 30 days after market.

  16. Is food service available at AmericasMart?

    Yes, there are numerous options available on-site during every show, check your Buyer’s Guide or Apparel Guide for current information. Click here for more information

  17. Where can I eat after show-hours?

    Atlanta has a number of delicious restaurants, many close to AmericasMart. A great way to select a restaurant is to book a reservation on http://www.opentable.com. The site also provides menus and directions.

  18. Are there shipping services available nearby?

    Yes, AmericasMart has on-site shipping service available from the USPS in AmericasMart 1. Other shipping providers are located in AmericasMart 3 on the eighth floor.

  19. How do I take care of my personal business matters, such as checking email, sending faxes, etc?

    Buyer lounges are set-up in various locations during market, many of which will accommodate your needs; check your Buyer’s Guide or Apparel Guide for locations. There also Internet kiosks conveniently located right on the show floor during most markets.

  20. What is Market Wednesday?

    Shop select showrooms in AmericasMart® 1 & 2 and take advantage of special discounts exclusive to Market Wednesday! This unique program is held the first Wednesday of every non-gift Market month.

  21. How do I find AmericasMart showroom phone numbers?

    Phone numbers are listed in The Atlanta Buyer’s Guide and Atlanta Apparel Guide, distributed at every show. This information is also available online in the Exhibitor Directory.

  22. Is childcare available during market?

    During most markets, yes. Check the show you’re inquiring about under the Markets tab for more information.

  23. Where is first-aid?

    First-aid is available only during markets. The first-aid office is located on the first floor of AmericasMart 1. In case on an emergency please dial security @ 404-220-2553.

  24. Are wheelchairs available?

    Wheelchairs are available during markets by making a reservation with Scoot Around at 888.441.7575. Advance reservations are suggested.

  25. Is smoking allowed inside AmericasMart?

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all public buildings. Please limit your smoking to outside or designated areas only.

  26. What is the policy on cart/baggage?

    Oversized carts/baggage is an inconvenience to others. Please check all bags at the coat check locations, available in each building. We reserve the right to bar any carts, luggage, strollers or backpacks, which, in our judgement, present an impediment to the comfort or safety of our guests or to the function of our facilities.
